That's what today is kids. Let me tell you, my uncle is poz and a couple other people in my life who I care about are as well. I cannot stress enough to you all how important it is that if you play, you play safe.You want to do something today? Go get yourself tested!

And if you're fairly discreet and don't get tested because of how the medical staff may react; find a mail in service or get your cholesterol/triglycerides checked. All guys should have this done once every year or two anyway. I think that's called CBC and you can ask them to run the whole batter where they'll do creatinine (excreted from creatine that hasn't been absorbed into muscles), glucose, etc.
